ADMINISTRATIVE
Lincolnway Management's administrative services include handling such matters as are
routinely considered general overall management. The following is a list of
services not intended to be complete, but rather to be considered as Board
and Management guidelines.
- Manage all business activity of the condominium in accordance with
Board policy
- Direct the activities of the site manager and clerical staff and
provide support in areas where needed.
- Assist the Board of Directors in consideration and establishment of
Board policy.
- Attend all regular Board meetings, as well as the Annual membership
meeting.
- Provide on-site visits to the property on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date files of all business activities of
the condominium.
- Provide monthly reports of management activities to the Board of the
Directors.
- Guide and assist special committees on projects related to the activities
of the condominium.
- Communicate with condominium members relative to the condominium matters.
- Provide all necessary communications with the City, State and other
government agencies.
- Assist the Board of Directors in maintaining and strengthening City
and other community relations.
Lincolnway Management provides services to many diverse Associations, and
we therefore have a depth of knowledge and experience along with the
professional resources which may not be available to individual Associations.
