Founded in 1982, ACTHA has earned a reputation of providing nuts and bolts information for those living in community associations. ACTHA has always focus on providing relevant education and vital information to board members and unit owners. ACTHA is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Each board member is a unit owner in a community association, who brings a wealth or personal and professional knowledge to the organization.
